Nick Wieler-originally from Blaine Minnesota he grew up in Pittsburg,PA and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with a degree in baking and pastry arts. After graduation he moved and worked in Va Beach, VA oceanfront learning the ropes of the business. There he learned the skills that are demanded of high volume seafood restaurants. He is now settled in Lynchburg with his wonderful fiancee Mary and their son Patrick
